3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a legal guardian. You also confirm that any information provided to us is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Payment Terms

Fees and payment schedules are outlined in your individual proposal, invoice, or service agreement. Payment is due within the timeframe specified. Late or outstanding payments may incur additional charges as detailed in your agreement.

For digital resources, workshop registrations, or session bookings, payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, strategy materials, templates, graphics, and resources created by The Social Fancy remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Upon full payment, clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for the purposes outlined in their agreement — not for resale, redistribution, or rebranding.

You warrant that any content, assets, or materials you provide to us do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat any sensitive information shared during our engagement with discretion and care. This includes — but is not limited to — business strategies, brand positioning, customer data, and proprietary processes.

We respect your business. Your information stays between us.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Social Fancy will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In any dispute, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Social Fancy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses — including legal fees — arising from your use of our services or any breach of these Terms on your part.

9. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website or services may reference or link to third-party platforms, tools, or resources. These are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. We encourage you to review their terms independently.
